Momčilo Stepanović (born in 1964) is a certified teacher – master and educational advisor from Belgrade, known for his creative classroom teaching and his work on numerous seminars for teachers and parents.
He works at Banović Strahinja Primary School in Belgrade 🔗 and is also engaged as an external advisor with the Belgrade School Administration and the Institute for the Advancement of Education of Serbia 🔗.
As the founder of the Creative Teachers Association 🔗, Stepanović brings together educators dedicated to improving teaching practices and organizing professional seminars, including Working with Overprotected Children, Burnout in Education – How to Prevent or Alleviate It, and The Gifted Child in the Classroom: From Hidden Talent to IEP 3. He is also a member of Mensa Serbia 🔗 and a long-time advocate of creative methods in education.
He is the author of several books, textbooks, teaching methods, didactic tools, and professional development programs for teachers and educators.
He is especially recognized for his work on the Kreativna matematika concept – an innovative approach to learning arithmetic through play, helping children develop logical thinking, focus, and a love for mathematics. He is also the author of the preschool program “Odrastalica”, designed to develop children’s emotional skills and prepare them for the way of thinking they will need in school.
Thanks to his experience and dedication, Momčilo Stepanović has become one of the most recognized names in the field of educational games and creative education in Serbia.
